Thank you for choosing Garment Guardians DTF. We take pride in the quality and reliability of our DTF transfer products. Please read the following policy regarding returns and refunds:

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our DTF transfers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns as each order is uniquely made to the specifications of each customer. This policy is in place because once a product has been customized, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We are committed to ensuring the quality and accuracy of your orders. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@garmentguardians-dtf.com. Please provide your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, we will initiate the process to produce and send a replacement as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Since we do not accept returns, we typically do not offer refunds. However, if there is an error on our part or if the product you received is defective and cannot be replaced, we may offer a refund at our discretion. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if the production process has not yet begun. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If production has already started, unfortunately, we cannot accept a cancellation.
